FYI, perhaps this is will be improved upon with this upgrade. IDK.

Over the past months I have had many times having to log back in. I do use the .net page. I also experienced many times opening a thread to a white backdropped page with thread text, maybe some photos, maybe no photos, but not the full color version of thread, and not a reply-able version of the thread.

Hi, what browser are you using, and what version?

I have had this issue with various iOS versions of Safari (13.x and 14.x) and also Google Chrome on Windows 10.

I've noticed this too but then that' seem to always have been the case. It's apparent when clicking on the links in email notifications and differs between new thread posts and PM notifications. It seems if I have previously logged into the site , I do not have to log in again if it's an email notification link but I do if it's a PM notification link...

I'm not seeing any of the white screen (Stylesheet) issues, wonder what security you have, plugins etc?

I'm on Safari 14.0.1

Can only imagine a plugin or some other process is getting involved.

I've done a lot of testing today, and just cannot get the same issues as you are,

It has got to be something local, as the site configuration is correct, I have checked and checked, and checked,

Inactivity doesn't log me out
Subscribed thread reply link works without a login request
Mention link works without a login request
PM notification link works without a login request

More than happy to try to help, but I can only think it is a local issue.

Thanks for trying, it's certainly nothing I can't live with and actually, as a former IT guy, I was more curious than anything. FWIW, I'm running the latest versions of Windows 10 and MS Edge, using Outlook as thee mail client...

I don’t think it can be local since I have had the problem across a number of Apple and Windows devices and different browsers. I also have not had the issue with the same devices and browsers with other forums that I visit as often and others that I visit much less often.

Could it be related to having more than one or two browsers logged in?

Possibly, but I have my phone and two computers using the site.

Really odd, hate issues like this!!
