Ok Thx for the tips. I did the following
1) Turned off adblockers and tried to access the websites - still no go.
2) Downloaded another Another Antivirus and completed an additional scan including Malwarebytes again - No issues detected
3) Java is enabled in Chrome Browser but can not tell what version
4) I allowed cookies and pop ups on the Chase Account but still no go.

Maybe it is their website? When I called and asked they got defensive...
If most other websites are working OK then it is most likely problem with their website.

I see many complaints about W10, and have had a few of my own, some justified, others turned out to be AV or Program or User (me) related.

Running W10 Pro and Home 64 bit across too many machines, my experience to date is this - Though absolutely not perfect wrt functionality, it has been more stable for me han any previous windows version.
It is happening on 3 or 4 Websites that I am aware of. The reason I assumed Win10 issue was I do recall some updates and the problems were using Chrome and Firefox. I was able to access those same sites using Edge Browser that Microsoft kindly deposited on my machine so it fired up my suspicions.
I dislike the way MS push their browsers. I go into Services on every machine and Disable the Edge services. If MS didn't push their browsers and search engine (bing) so hard I probably would have tried them out of curiosity eventually. But their hard line push makes me say NOPE.

I have to switch to Chrome when I go to rondomusic.com and fender.com. On Rondo, only a handful of the pictures ever load, and on the Fender site, some of the functions don't work when using Firefox, but this has been an issue since long before the recent update. I always assumed the problem was on the website's end. I recently downloaded the Brave browser, but I haven't used it long enough yet to make an assessment of it.
Been trying to keep my life simple so having to use three different browsers doesn't exactly fit in to that program.
Haha... Me neither. That's why I'm checking out Brave. I only switched back to Firefox because I hate Google and it seemed stupid to use DuckDuckGo as a search engine while still using a Google browser (if that's even possible in Chrome, I never tried it). I've never been a big Firefox fan, but it had more security features, and seemed faster than it used to be, but lately it's been reminding me of the reasons I stopped using it the first time. But it's a drag having to replace (or do without) all my plug-ins, and configuring the new browser to my liking, and all that adjustment period, so I've been dragging my feet about it.
I have Brave on several machines. I kinda like it. I use FF more than anything though. Every browser has some issues. FF seems the best for my purposes so far.

I gave Brave a serious try tonight, and I like it! It's fast, and I like the look and feel. It's a clean design and it feels very smooth. I even like the fonts, and how when you open a new tab, it shows a different photo or graphic in the background each time, and there's just what you need on the screen, with no bullshit recommendations, or distractions. And it's pretty focused on privacy, and has a lot of ad-blocker and privacy features built in. I was also able to easily find and/or replace all the plug-ins that I used in Firefox, so the transition was pretty quick and seamless.

Of course, you know all that already, but for anyone else who might be interested in trying it out, I highly recommend it. It's noticeably faster and slicker than FF, and privacy is their top priority. I can't say for sure how it measures up to Firefox in that regard, though. I heard one YouTube reviewer mention that Firefox still had it beat, but that was just one person. I haven't looked into it in a whole lot of detail yet, but the other two review videos I watched had nothing but praise for its privacy features.

It didn't take me long to get hooked on the user experience, and aesthetic, so I think I'm a sudden convert. We'll see if I feel the same way in a couple of weeks. :D

Nice review, and similar to my experience. I will STRESS though that you have to be really really meticulous about setting up Brave if you REALLY want the Privacy stuff enabled and the Brave Rewards (read Tracking) Disabled. By default it is pretty much standard tracking, just all tracked by Brave. I turned off ALL that Garbage.

And I have to say Duck Duck Go has improved from pretty much useless to the point it is usable on a daily basis as a standard search engine for most things. I am giving DDG a long trial on my bedroom computer and am surprised that I don't seem to miss google search like I used to when using any other search engine.

With Brave the option to have a Private Window with TOR Browser is interesting, but TOR is really not as private as was once believed by some. I never really bought into the idea that ANYTHING on the Net is truly anonymous from governments and some other eyes as well. This has been mostly proven to be true.

I tried TOR a few times but it returned some sketchy looking results I would NOT want to click on by accident. And certainly not on purpose.

Just tried Brave and it would not open one of the sites. The mystery is unresolved.

I don't trust the TOR network, either. The NSA owns an alarming number of exit nodes, and I'm a little sketchy about tech developed by the military that's been 'gifted' to the world at large.

My understanding of the way the Brave rewards thing works is; the ads are stored on your computer, and they're triggered by your search at that moment. They're not pulled from the web, and your last search is forgotten when you make your next search. They don't track your searches, or save your total search history.

I've been using DDG for a few years now. At first, I couldn't escape the feeling that I wasn't getting the best, or most search results, but I would find the information I was looking for most of the time, so I stuck with it. Eventually, I completely forgot I was using an "alternative" search engine altogether. I'm usually pretty satisfied with the search results I get now, but you still get way more image search results from Google.

Happens to me too. Every time there’s an update it force-feeds Edge on me and I have a hell of a time getting Chrome back to normal.
