Thanks all...

Nah, not this time. I wanted something a bit different and sub $1k so I went with a Jake Bowen signature Ibanez Titan. JBFX10 or something.

A spending limit of $1k. We should all have such problems.

Many happy returns!

Definitely have to let us know how you like the neck on that Ibby. I've had my eye on a few Ibby's, and heard good things about the necks, especially for speed running. Can't wait to hear what you can do with that baby!

I'm hoping it's not the super super thin wizard neck, but I wanted something that looked, sounded and played differently than my other guitars so... Yeah will let you know. Supposed to get there on Monday.

These have the Wizard III neck, which is not quite as slim as the regular Wizard necks but still definitely not beefy. 19mm @ 1st fret, 21mm @ 12th fret, narrower radius than the original Wizard necks too.

Thanks for the info! I'm guessing its similar to my Aries which has the slim neck profile.

Very nice guitar! Happy birthday!

Do they come stock in drop C? What's the scale length and string gauges?
