I know Andy very well and support his site financially as he rolls out some really good lesson stuff and makes it EASY on you.

Great lyrics and the simple yet elegant guitar harmonies made this a YUGE hit back in the day.

Always liked this song. I was a bigger fan of some of their less commercially successful songs. Thin Lizzy was a staple on my turntable back in the 70's and 80's.

Fun song with some curious changes. My band played it the hard way, in Ab. Thin Lizzy tuned Eb for a couple of albums, so it is really played in the 'A' position.

The bass guitar is a great lesson in people like Phil Lynott, Sting, Paul McCarty, Peter Cetera, Ben Orr and the like, who keep the lines simple when they are singing the melody and then pump up the bass lines when not singing.

Nice, another one I've played more times than I care to remember. I'm a massive Lizzy fan, so it's always nice to see anything that keeps their spirit alive.
