My username comes is a reference to the song Cleveland Rocks!, as I'm from Ohio. But I love Finnish heavy metal, so I changed it to the capital of Finland, Helsinki.

Just download Gimp (free, open source version of Photoshop). Then open the image in Gimp and select Image>Scale Image and make it whatever size you want, then export it as a jpg. Gimp is automatically installed as the default image editor.

Yeah... I reckon it always will be too. That's the thing about open source software. As long as people keep using and updating it, it'll be around.
