The tone is very transparent. Ba DUM CHING !!

The upside is that you can clean the whole guitar with Windex. Ba DUM CHING !!

So if you broke three strings, could you say that, "The glass is half empty?" Ba DUM CHING !!

I'll betcha that single coil in the neck position makes some "glassy" tones. Ba DUM CHING !!

Don't even try any Keef licks, because everyone knows that people with glass guitars shouldn't throw Stones. Ba DUM CHING !!

A few thoughts:
Damn, that looks labor-intensive.
He even makes the NECK out of glass? And he free-hands cutting the fret slots?!
The tuners are glued down? Better hope they never need to be replaced...
It sounds...pretty much like a guitar. Hearing some more cleans might help.

Gee, maybe the same reason people put little boxes between their guitar and amp that make the sound so distorted that it no longer sounds like a guitar... because they like it! 8-)

I think if I learned how to work with glass, it would only be a matter of time (like a few seconds) before I'd start thinking about building a glass guitar myself. I've thought about building a guitar out of weirder stuff.

I guess if you only used it for rhythm playing, that would make it lead free …? :D :D

Now, I see this thread about it. Hmmmm.
It definitely sounds like a guitar. So much for "muh toan woodz".
One of the downsides is the weight. Over 12 pounds. Ugh.
Other than weight, I like it.
