That FFSG 3 pages was like running a gauntlet of flypaper...I barely made it out w/finances intact.

Nice!

How does it balance / neck dive, and what is the neck profile like?

You're not kidding. For a moment I had a warm and fuzzy, gas high, guitar giddy, "golden age of Rondo" feeling flush over me while scanning that website.

I could see myself playing this one all night long. $199.91.

There are some people, who will not be mentioned, who I'd like to give the FU to while performing. Thank you Firefly for giving me the opportunity to do that for only $209.91!

If they made one in white, I wouldn't be able to resist. I've been GASing for a white SG for decades. Ever since I saw Ian Mackaye of Fugazi with one in concert.

Would someone please take pity on this ignorant old man & tell me WHY would I want a THREE pickup SG??????
I can see the two pickup version (and have a couple of those) but I don't see any advantage to the three pickup version.
Thanks.

Can all these fireflys really be that good? My 1 338 is impressive. It really does seem like the rondo salad days.
I guess it's no wonder rondo is running to the erg market.

They CAN be hit or miss. Latest was folks ordered Strats and opening the box to find Teles even tho the Scanned Label on the box Strat. Sheet happens like any other manufacture I suppose. I believe they switched manufacturers sometime this year and their quality has gone up quite a bit especially on the "Elite" models which come in under $275 SHIPPED to FL from Calif! They have better PUPS but may still need replacing depending on what you're going for. They DO make GREAT MOD HUSKS if you're into that. I've snagged a dozen over the last year. Their prices are ridiculous to be honest. They must be doing something right because alot of them sell out pretty quick. Reminds me of the EARLY and heady days of Rondo. :)

Damn. Those all yours right? I knew you went on a binge but that's a lot.
So guess you should know. I'd still like to get a V. No idea why. Should have grabbed that hollow body strat shaped (langadec?) as its just so rare and crazy for the price. Do you think that model will be coming back?
