Coil Split Wiring Help.

I have a few Epiphone wiring harnesses. They have molex connectors. So I got wiring adapters to wire the pickups to, so I could just snap them in.
The hot and ground are not an issue. Easy even for me to figure out. It is the wires from the coil split. You can see in the Epiphone and Musiclilly Diagrams, they label the series/coil split wires South Finish and North Finish. Easy...no worries. In the Donlis Picture however, they call them North Finish and South Start?
I can figure out which wires are the coil split....however, does it matter if the two are reversed or not in the right spot on the connector? In other words I solder North Finish to the South and vice versa? Hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance.
