Today's GC daily pick deal of 9 sets of 10's for $30 is pretty good, so I grabbed it.

Something tells me Guitar Center is not mathing well. But the total was right, so whatever.

If that had been 10 sets of 9s I'd have been all over that deal.

Just give them a bit more of a stretch after installation, and they'll be 9s.
I'm joking, but only half-kidding there. That Agile Harm I stole recently has an amazing unusual tone, and I've been trying to figure out exactly why. Among its peculiarities, the strings are strange - super slick, bendy, and no sliding sound on the wound strings. I thought they were flatwounds, but looked with a magnifier and nope, just different. Wanting to identify them, I took out a caliper and measured 7 (actually 6.5) - 9 - 14 - 20 - 28 - 39. Yikes, those are the lightest things I've ever played. Then I measured again, between the stop tail and bridge: 8 - 10 - 15 - 24 - 32 - 43. I have to guess they are 8s that have been on the guitar a long time, and really stretched over time between the bridge and nut.

Thanks
@BatUtilityBelt
I went for 2 @ 9 sets and a total of 18...always good to have spares laying around.
Came out to $3.57 per set w/tax and free shipping!
