Sweetwater sent me this today, Dec 19th...

Oh, now I get why. Earlier today I ordered a few sets of strings from them... They sent that email. Then my rep called and left a "thank you" voice mail. Then he texted a "thank you". Then he emailed a "thank you". I guess it's the nice form of stalking.

Just wait until he shows up at your house to thank you and then to your place of employment. They really want to make sure you are thanked for your purchase.

I like the personal follow up.
I recently got the emails and phone call after getting the Polytune 3.

Sweetwater is a good outfit.
About a year ago, UPS delivered a package to them by mistake for a used guitar I bought from a Reverb private seller.
The box had an old label on it, along with the much more obvious new shipping label.

UPS dicked everyone around and finally Sweetwater sent it to me on their dime.

Yeah, I always feel kind of embarrassed when they do the calls and emails when I buy like a set of strings.
