SX Neck Swap?

Hey folks, just wondering if anyone who's migrated over here with us has swapped a neck on their SX Furrian. I have a bound neck ash Furrian that I really love, paid $78 and was impressed enough by it to grab a set of Bareknuckle Country Boy / The Boss pickups on the cheap ($100 shipped). Now the guitar sounds as good as it looks...but I'd really like to get it a better neck.
Was wondering if anyone has swapped the neck out on their SX guitar, and what might fit with minimal mickey mousing involved.
Thanks in advance for any advice and here's the guitar as it is now:

got calipers? SX seems to vary greatly on the actual neck pocket width. Some are tight for Fender, some are like a 1/16 too wide. I've done more Hawks and SSTs, but I've got my Furrian ash that is sitting without a neck at the moment because I can't decide if I want to keep the stock one, or upgrade.
Maybe a nice Allparts neck would fit. since they run true to Fender and are mostly made in Japan if memory serves.

I don't unfortunately but I could easily get some. I would definitely measure it out first before buying anything anyway. Allparts is a consideration as is Mightymite but I wonder if those won't be more or less similar quality...I know Warmoth is really the way to go (I have a trio of incredible custom Warmoths) but I don't really wanna sink $200+ into getting a neck for a cheap guitar. Seen a few nice cheap options from WD also but I have a feeling that those may require fretwork which is not something I do, so again more $ sunk in...

Can't say for sure since I haven't tried both, but I think Allparts necks have a better rep. My Mighty Mite neck isn't all that great, even for the ~$85 I paid after a 20% off coupon. It is a little better than my China built stuff, but not by a big amount. I am half tempted to buy a takeoff from a Classic Vibe or other non-Affinity Squier.

I thought most bought sx for the necks. What is it you dont like about the sx? The flatter radius?

Nah it's perfectly comfortable, its just obviously very cheaply made (not a feeling I get from the body of this guitar which is a really nice two piece ash with a great finish). The previous owner did some fretwork and kinda put a few dings into the binding in the process, so it's really "beater-y" to me and I feel like the guitar as it is with the Bareknuckles and sounding as great as it does really deserves a better neck.

I hear you, from what I understand WD and Mightymite are basically on the lower end with Allparts being a bit higher and Warmoth above that. I've only had direct experience with Warmoth but the quality of their stuff is top notch. I don't own any Fenders at all anymore, just my Warmoth trio:

I've heard warmoth necks although very nice are not particularly setup. Not even leveled a few people said. Seems they just expect someone who spends that kind of money will be having fully setup after assembly.

Dunno about that, but I imagine nothing from any company is perfect. I personally have never assembled one (I prefer to let someone else spend $1500-$2500 doing that and then I buy ‘em for $300-$700 like I did with the trio above) but I know lots of folks who have assembled Warmoth guitars or used their necks on a different body etc. and no fretwork was ever needed on any of their builds. A setup, sure...that’s a given whenever any guitar is constructed. But needing fretwork, I haven’t heard that from anyone.

Looking to do a neck swap on my SX RST strat. I want to do a conversion neck (to 24.75" scale) so I'm looking at Warmoth. A basic no finish neck runs about 160 there.
For my barncaster tele I picked up a WD neck from Stratosphere for around 120 and I'm very impressed with it - very chunky neck and good fretwork.

This was one of my first projects. SX STL-50. I replaced the neck with a Fender 22 fret tele neck with the overhang. It fit and measured correctly and the overhang covered any "sloppiness" in the pocket. I also put the mini bucker in there with a split switch. I was just screwing around and learning at that time. I still have it and I get a decent variety of sound out of it.
