This is on local FB so there are about five of us on AGF who are probably close enough to grab it.

If I remember correctly, that's one of the thin-bodied korina models.

Thanks for narrowing it down. Planning to meet him at 5. Says it weights 7-8 lbs and I'm willing to pay a premium for a light Agile right now.

@jam @uwmcscott I did manage to grab it. It weighs 8.51 lbs which is pretty good. It's basically mint. I can see some small imperfections in the binding on the headstock but other than that it's nearly flawlessly built. I'm shocked by the pickups. I expected that I'd have to change them out for the Duncans I just bought off of @redman. It's not obvious to me that the Duncans would be better so much as a change in flavor. They're just a bit warmer and jazzier than most pickups I have and that might just be because they don't use proper nickel silver covers

Two things on this surprised me. The back is carved quite a bit. I was expecting it to be flatter and thinner. I guess that's a nice compromise for people who want it to feel as if it's got the traditional thickness of an LP. I would've been happier with a bit less weight and if it was flat, but I have to admit this is comfortable. The other thing is that it has a scarf joint. I like scarf joints on guitars (yes even on my Silver Sky) due to the additional strength it provides). I just don't know if that's common on Agile singlecuts.

All said, this is a really great guitar and not just for the money.

Sounds like a winner. When I saw these on Rondo I really couldn't wrap my head around the concept, but it makes a lot of sense when you really think through/explain it as you do.

You know - it's also ironic about the pickups, I had a very similar experience myself with the AL-3000 I just purchased. I was actually going to buy those duncans from Redman too but missed out, so I ordered a set off reverb instead. It took a while for them to arrive, so I've been playing the stock pickups in the 3000 and I really like them. I had a 3000m years ago and the pickups were kind of blah....these are very bright and clear, almost sound kind of scooped compared to the 57 classics in my LP traditional. I pulled them out to see if i could identify them but they are totally generic - no stickers, stamps or writing of any kind. So I've got a sealed set of Duncan 59's sitting here and not sure if I should even crack the seal!

That's a very nice set to have waiting!
Clearly, you have to get something to put them in...

Congrats, I have many of the Agile single cuts, including an ALD, and it is a comfy and light addition, to be sure (second from the left, front row)!
