That's a Japanese-made Epiphone from the '70s... Most likely Matsumoku. Rather than reproducing the actual Epiphone models, they just used stock guitar designs and slapped Epiphone model names on them. You wouldn't even recognize a "Casino" from that Era.

That case looks like a false sense of security (dust cover). I started assuming the pickups were not original until I looked at others of the same model. Odd looking mini humbuckers with adjustable pole pieces and staples. Oh, now I see what removes me from the bidders: it was a righty converted to lefty.
