Yes! There are some Agiles too. Not many, though.

Guy is asking $600. He´s been years trying to sell it, always a little bit overpriced.

UPDATE!
UPDATE!

This guitar dissapeared sometime last year; appeared again a couple of days ago. Same guy, now asking $500 for this Agile AL3100, almost new. He dropped $100 of the price he was asking before. Personally, I don´t think he´ll be selling it at that price still.

UPDATE!

Lowered to $450.

IBANEZ ARC300

Another one.

Found this today - well, it has been showing from time to time -. At first the seller was asking no less than $300. Now he published again, and selling price is $250. Is it reasonable for this guitar? Appears to be in good condition, and includes the hard case.

Reverb prices between $300 and $500 doing a quick search. (Just in case, I´m not buying this or any guitar :))

PICS! (low quality)

Hey Sabas, how are things over there? I hear the new thing is people shaving flakes of gold off coins to pay for everyday things. Are you seeing that?
I keep seeing all the flood of people from dozen of different countries coming across south border and think of your family and if you should go for it. I just don't know.

Hey Damon, hehe no gold plated coins over here as far as I know. But there is some gold down to the south east, ina "controlled" area. That´s a big question indeed... Take care!

Ok, this is not a guitar, but it´s related. I don´t know what´s this person thinking. Maybe he thought that since Digitech is apparently out of business - not anymore after the recent news about Cort having bought Digitech/DOD -, this could fall into the "collectors" category? I don´t know.

DIGITECH RP1000 - $600

Apparently in good conditions, it comes with a bag/case.

You can find some RP1000 on Reverb for about a third of that price.

Ibanez AR220 Ivory

$200

Ibanez AR220 in Ivory (white) finish. In like new condition (supposedly). Fabrication year according to serial: 2015.

If it was the Vintage burst color, I would seriosly consider selling my Agile AL3000 to get it. The bad thing - if that were the case - is that it´s not here in Caracas.

Nevertheless, I think the price is good.

Note: There´s no info about this guitar model at Peavey or anywhere. I bet it´s one of those copies that use the name of a knowm brand. not necessarily a bad guitar, it could actually be a well built guitar, but is not a Peavey. Still, I like its looks. How it plays is another thing, of course.

PEAVEY PVI-D402 (?) ELECTRIC ACOUSTIC GUITAR with Hard Case

$250

UPDATE: Seller just texted me; price lowered to $200. He says he needs the money urgent.

Not sure about this Peavey guitar. The number model only shows guitars available here in Venezuela, but no other info.

Looks good, and comes with a hard case. According to seller, like in new condition.

I bought a Teisco about 4 or 5 years ago for $100. The guitar was crap. but the pickups were great, so I pulled the pups and scraped the rest and put them in a Squier and was not disapointed. Still have it.

It's too bad about the prices there! I think Ibanez hollow body guitars are fantastic - far better than their price point. I have several and I lose track of time playing them.

Oh yes, some of you have those Ibanez hollow body guitars and rave about them! I have my eyes and my heart in one of the solid body type, an AR420, same finish, with hard case, new, for $690 - not cheap -, but unfortunately my pocket needs to develop good muscle in order to afford it :D .

Bit high, these usually sell in the $800-$850ish range from what I've seen. Also can't say this qualifies as a "strange/unusual" guitar find, hard to get less strange or unusual than a basic LP

:D Yeah, I thought about posting it here for a minute, because it´s not that strange or unusual, except maybe for it being a Gibson guitar, which is quite expensive here in any given time.

Just a comparison game: If were to buy a new AL3200 priced at $600, plus a hard case around $115, plus shipping to my courier around $30, plus shipping to Venezuela around $90, it will total around $835. It will led to think: Should I get the Agile, or should I shell out another $100 and get this GIBSON Les Paul guitar that's already here, I can see it and be sure is OK, instead of buying sight unseen?

Maybe it´s interesting from a venezuelan perspective.

(Still, I still want to get an AL3200 or an AD3200 LOL  ).

I only have one Agile 3200, an AD3200MCC, but I have a few Gibson studios and standards. My AD3200MCC has a much higher build quality than my Gibson studios. So to me the question is whether you prefer a quality build or a brand name.

In my personal case, I don´t care about a brand name, I prefer a good and nice guitar that I really like. The AL/AD series have a lot of features I want and like, the Gibson doesn´t. Many people here in Venezuela I´m sure they´ll prefer the Gibson. In case I had the money for that, I woould go for the Agile, asking some of you the favor to receive it and check if everything is ok before sending it to the courier, and then shipping it to my courier. It´ll add just one extra shipping - another $30 or 40 -, but I´ll be sure the guitar has no problems, and I´ll get a guitar I really like.

You´ve always said how much you like your AD and how good quality it is. You´re not helping me with it :D

I hear you, but of course comparing new price to used price isn't exactly fair. I know Agiles are much harder to get outside the US though, here we can get a nice AL3K for $300 or so pretty easily and it'll compare favorably even to a few Gibsons that are a notch or two above the Studio models.

If that was way more left-handed, I'd buy it. I think that used to be the new price, without a case.
