Anyone make pickguards here?

The pickguard on my Warmoth Strat is all cracked and warped (which is honestly not a bad thing since it's a slightly relic'd guitar) but I thought I'd take the opportunity to swap it out for a pearl guard of some sort. I contacted Warmoth to see if they would make a 24 fret strat pickguard since they made the original guard ages ago but it appears they don't do those anymore. So I'm assuming I'll have to get it custom cut. I vaguely remember someone on the old forums making pickguards before but I forget who it was.

Ryan (Floridian FX ) used to make pickguards, but retired from that a few months ago. I need to have a PG made too, so if anyone else here is making them, they'll have
two customers... Otherwise, I'll have to go back to Pickguardian, and pay $50 and wait 6 weeks for it.

Make that three customers...I'd like to get a couple done but also don't want to deal with pickguardian.

I might be retiring and need a new job. What does it take to become a custom pickguard mfg?
