Have Keisel strats always had an SX style headstock

Kiesel has had a bunch of different headstocks (and still does offer different ones), this particular one is a variation of one they had for decades when they were Carvin. I assure you SX has nothing to do with any choices made at Kiesel :lol:

yeah, I think my TL60 actually may have had that headstock.

Yeah this particular 6-in-line was popular on the Bolts, TLs, DCs, etc. The new Kiesel one is a bit different but I believe was developed from that one.

My Bolt Plus has the same one:

There's only so many shapes you can make a headstock, unless you're really going to go 'out there'

Looking at the original post, my scratch build headstock looks pretty similar, and I was trying to be different! :roll:
