^ The Shoreline Gold is awesome! If it is like golem 's, it is high quality.

Took this one to band practice yesterday, and our bassist said it was his favorite guitar of mine both on sound and looks. It's got uncovered black pickups now, but is otherwise unchanged.

I just woke up today. I'm still chilling on our bed (married), but yesterday I was working on a project using my baritone beast Ibanez RGIB6.

Played this one tonight and reached heights of guitar playing that I've never reached before. Very satisfying session! Of course, I reached a new level with my Strat last night. I am so blessed to own two top shelf guitars!

Newly acquired. Traded a guitar for it that I have not played in 15 years. Got rid of an Ibanez 335 style because it just felt too big and now I have this. Go figure. It plays so easy though.

For the heavier stuff my gibson cm with gforce tuners has been getting the job done.
We just worked out the who's real me and our audience of 1 said it was killer

That's pretty cool - I have been trying to learn it on bass, and it is NOT easy!

What is the model number of that guitar?
The reason I ask is looking at the pic makes me think "5622 Double Annie."

OK, not a guitar, but an amp. I haven't played the Blackheart "Fire Ant" (a modified Killer Ant) in a while, and I decided to plug it in and give it a whirl again. I had forgotten how much fun this thing is. Two tubes (total!) and no master volume, putting out a glorious fraction of a watt. You want distortion, you turn it up more. And even at a fractional watt, it's surprisingly loud through a 2x12. (The "Fire Ant" mods I made include a tone stack lift (the KA by default has a fixed tone stack) and a cathode bypass capacitor alternate value that gives it a slightly more Fenderish tone when playing cleans.)

That's gergous! Cool design, I read that you "borrowed" the design. I can sure see why - it looks great!
