Those kinda remind me of the Ibanez pf guitars of the 70s

Took a look, and I see what you mean (though I prefer the chubbier/stubbier silhouette of these)!

Maybe there is an upscale dean evo that you might look at. I have the cheap ver of the vendetta strat type dean and its an impressive cheapie. The low end are bolt neck but going upscale they have very nice setnecks. $150 used

I want one of these too, but never pulled the trigger when Rondo was selling them. I especially like the maple neck.

They pop up on Reverb from time to time (usually for waaaaay more than they're worth) and I'd be happy to mention them here when I see them. What's your price range?

So why the hawker? Isnt it basically an lp? Is it you like a std singlecut but just want something more unique? Some special feature or what?

Have fallen in love with its particular size and shape (and the wood/finish combos on display above); I'd imagine that must have happened to you, too -- and many other players, as well -- with some guitar at some point...

When I first joined AGF, coming out of only playing acoustic for a few years, that KY1 in amber was going to be my "last" guitar, do do-it-all. They were around $200 then, if not less. Somehow that never happened and no regrets Still, I think they were a pretty cool offering.
