Hi all, I remember this forum being kind of an Agile place, not sure if it still is but that's why I'm posting this here.

$SOLD USD shipped to USA and PPFF payment

Guitar will ship from Canada. I can provide references to other forums, online classifieds, Reverb, etc with dozens of positive reviews. This guitar is listed all over the place.

Many upgrades worth $140+ USD as follows:
  • Fret level and dress
  • Gotoh Tune-o-matic bridge
  • CTS 500k audio taper pots
  • .022uF Russian PIO K40Y9 capacitors
  • 50's wiring (retains better clarity as volume is reduced)
  • Quality 3-way switch & output jack
  • Metal jack plate
  • Keystone tuner buttons
  • Cream plastics and amber speed knobs (original unused black plastics/knobs included)
  • Knob position indicators
This rare single owner Agile AL-3100 from 2009 is in nearly new condition. Adult owned from a kid/pet/smoke-free climate controlled home. This guitar never left the house, no issues, negligible fret wear, always put away clean. It's difficult to find any polish/swirl/rub marks in the finish but there is one on the bridge pickup cover seen at the right angle up close, it looks buffable if you cared that much about perfection. The neck is a very comfortable slim-medium, I feel just a little more meat than a Gibson 60s neck (actual neck measurements below). Full setup late March with D'Addario 10-46. Original locking case in mint condition only used for home storage is included.

Many here will know these Agiles are amazing "mid-level" guitars that many feel are superior to Epiphones and with these upgrades there is no question here. These guitars were made in the same Korean factory as other well known brands producing impressive craftmanship at this price-point. It did benefit from a minor fret level and dress out of the box, after that it feels and plays great. I'm only selling because I now have other guitars I pick up before this one and figured someone else should be enjoying it.

I've meticulously maintained this like I do all my guitars, a yearly service including fretboard oil, fret polish, and string change.

No trades. Price is firm, I'd rather keep it than sell for any less.

Specs:
  • Solid mahogany body
  • One piece mahogany set neck
  • Triple bound body and headstock, single binding on neck
  • Nickel hardware
  • 18:1 Grover 102-18N tuners
  • Alnico V humbuckers for a warm vintage tone (8.2k bridge, 7.5k neck)
  • 13.7" radius ebony fretboard, 22 jumbo frets, and real Mother-Of-Pearl trapezoid inlays
  • Adjustable truss rod
  • Graphtec Tusq nut
  • Scale 24.75"
  • Weight 9.3 lbs
  • Actual neck width 1.68" @ nut, 2.06" @ 12th, 2.19" @ 21st
  • Actual neck thickness .84" @ 1st, .95" @ 12th

Beautiful example of a "golden age" Agile. I'm surprised that it weighs substantially less than 10 lbs., as ALs from this era are kinda notorious as being boat anchors. It would't even hurt to emphasize that point in your listings. Best of luck in the sale.
