If you don't mind the thinner body style, you can't go wrong with one of these for the price. I bought one a few years ago and while I did the usual upgrades, it was fine right out of the box. IIRC, @howardlo65 picked one up as well...

Yes, I did! Did the usual mods and ended up with a very light (sycamore body) guitar that plays great. Mine is the sunburst. Got mine through Ealmart online for 50 some dollars delivered. Hard to beat that.
