Yup! And I agree with her on the value! My bass on the right below is basically the same as hers stock without the neck pup cover, but I'm not really a fan of white guards on light colored basses, so I tend to change them to something darker.
And here's a maple fretboard version in what SX called "vintage yellow" (and green tint), but modded a bit more (removed both covers, changed pups, Audere 3 band pre, changed string tree). But the one on the left (a later model without the lawsuit headstock) is pretty much stock except for the removal of the covers and a series/parallel mod and shielding.

I seem to recall the girl from Covet, Yvette Young, used an SX Tele that she put Bill Lawerence pickups in before Ibanez sponsored her. In other words, she's in good company
