There's absolutely no reason you can't gig an SX bass. Very cool that she's playing it pretty much bone stock.

SX is a good value bass for sure. I knew about her using an SX bass from Talkbass.com.

And I agree the earlier headstocks are the coolest, but I have some of all of them except the "fish hook".
