I have a question. My volume pedal on my multi effects is not having the full throw it had before. It starts at off then you need to press it down a bit till it actually kicks in. I thought maybe do a full factory reset but I'd hate to lose all my presets. Any ideas what I can do.

Wow...that's an oldie but goodie ! Maybe it's a mechanical issue more than anything ? Is there a pivot bolt that you can get in there with a flashlight and see if maybe there is wear on bushing/washer etc ? or maybe even some gunk or lint in there after all these years ?
