Valeton GP-100...same as Hotone Ampero Stomp ?

So I have been using my Valeton GP-100 for about a year now and went online to download the latest firmware/software. During the upgrade, I noticed the description hardcoded into the file popped up as "Ampero II Stomp: Changsha Hotone Corp".

Interesting in that likely most of these similarly priced units are probably all using the same core firmware/software and just sold under different brand.
