Guy drove a hard bargain. But grab this for 160 bucks. Seller bought it for his daughter 28 years ago and says it's been hanging on the wall ever since. Seem like an honest enough guy, and having just played this. I believe him. Pots are the usual scratchy untouched variety, strings are at least 20 years old, old time boxy tuners and yeah it's a bolt on.....but when I tuned it up....it didn't sound half bad! Based on the headstock, I gather this may have been a top of the line Encore.....which is like saying top of the line Yugo.....but I love it. Someone here posted about Mick Ronson a few weeks back. I've been listening to a lot of Ziggy era Bowie lately.....finding this was fate. Won't be a perfect knock off, but it may get somewhat close?

I think those are one of the newer models? They are now made by the same company who makes the Vintage brand.
