In case you are wondering "JBNGN" means "Just Bought a New Guitar Night" I swear I have got to quit looking at guitars for sale at night. A week or 2 ago I bought a the CV 60's P bass, Then about 3 days ago I bought a used SX strat from GC to turn into a super strat. So tonight I was checking out the store I bought the P bass from and lo and behold they had the CV strat brand new in Lake Placid Blue for $249 w/free shipping so hoping they ship it tomorrow morning.

Here's the link in case any of you would like to take a gander.

Yes, I took have learned that the only way to slow down the buying is to stop looking 🥸.

Fortunately, for me, I am immune to your post because I have satisfied my LPB urge.

Congrats!
I bought a minty used CV 50's strat off Reverb (private seller) last year and it is great after a new nut and some fine tuning.

It was a great deal at the time, but the prices have come down recently.

I am leary of the bad reviews I have read about Proaudiostar, maybe here as well.
I have a used / open box something out for delivery as we speak from them......

Congrats, that looks nice. I'm one of the guys who is leary about Pro Audio Star because they misrepresented a damaged guitar as mint and it was hard to get them to appropriately discount it, but in my case that worked out well. Hope yours is spotless!

and with me, they labelled a conga drum as mint, while it had a somewhat deep and long scratch.
I did get a suitable percentage refunded.

Update on my strat purchase from ProAudioStar I bought it late Tuesday night and acording to the tracking it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I looked them up but not much research so I could have missed something or maybe a lot but from what I saw it seems the complaints stopped last year maybe they have got their act together because my P bass is absolutely fine no issues at all and if the strat does come tommorow and it's fine I got what I consider were great deals on both instruments $199 for the bass and $249 for the strat both with free shipping.
My fingers are crossed I already have a no shipping no message answering a$$hole for a strat neck I bought he never shipped he goes by Marx Music Supply on Reverb. I just this morning got Reverb involved I pay for everything through PayPal so I have another layer of protection so if Reverb doesn't get satisfaction I'll go through PayPal.

The Strat came today brand hammer new very playable out of the box not sure yet about the trim if it doesn't hold tune I'll replace it. I have a set of AllParts locking tuners I'm going to drop in it. I like the sound I have a set of Fender Tex-Mex pups I could put in but I really like the ones in it. Anyway time to stop talking and start playing I'll do a review in a couple of days. Also I ordered this 12/7 and got it today 12/10.

There are not enough blue or green guitars in this world
