Picked this beauty up last night. It’s missing the kahler arm, frets are oxidized, and has a few bumps but it’s a super cool guitar. Especially considering I paid less than the cost of a used Epiphone for this.

I’m a big fan of single pickup guitars and this one checks off a lot of boxes. Will take her to my guy later this week to get cleaned up and stringed up.

Got it with the thought of possibly using as trade bait but I’ll have to see how it goes.

Given the lack of a lock nut, and lack of a hole for the arm, that might be a Kahler hardtail.

Good catch! Didn't even notice that.

Had to snap pictures of it quickly because technically we have a quarantine rule for any new boxes/guitars.

Either way, it's nice. I have been fighting Kelly gas for a while. HNGD!

This, my friend, is a one piece. Going to drop it off to my tech later this week to get it cleaned up and set up

That is badass. I always gassed hard for a Kelly, too. Congrats man!

It's not actually a one-piece really, but a 3-piece...neck-thru construction w/ poplar body wings and a maple neck. Let me know how it works out once it's back to life, if you decide to use it for trade fodder I still have a certain guitar you really wanted, so maybe we can figure somethin' out.
