Another good one.
Adding critique, ...Imagine the singer in the chorus part "Venus Goddess Cleopatra......" but imagine her amping up her voice more for that chorus. I hear the dubbling of the vocal, later on. But it might do the whole song dynamic more good to have that chorus be louder, nasty, and sounding really desperate, perhaps in harmony or as is . Maybe first chorus with just extra nasty voice whispering along with regular voice. But from then on, nasty voice getting nastier each chorus break. Just IMO. Dub it right in with the other lines. Its gonna off set the other talky parts well, too.
Some moans in background wouldnt hurt, and a few nasty guitar licks...just saying....and maybe a shaker.

I really like the vibe of both the tunes you just posted. I am not a songwriter or a performer, so about the only way I'm able to share my thoughts about submissions here is to compare it to other things I have heard/like/etc. Both of these have a retro/Link Wray kind of feel mixed with something more modern/dark like Morphine. Don't take that as if I am somehow comparing you to them, it's just my way of sharing how I interpret it.
One modern somewhat obscure modern band that it also reminds me of is the Deep Sea Gypsies - not sure if you have ever heard of them but you might like them - this is the tune I was thinking of
