The iNbreds: 'Foolish Pride'

Today's recording from the archives I've been remastering, is from an incredibly fun band I was in during the 90's:
The iNbreds. This one is called
'Foolish Pride' written, engineered & produced by me, but took the whole the band to mix (pre-automation). Circa 1996.
A driving pop-rock feel, with a solid foundation set by Jerry Ankney on bass & Chip Schiavone on drums. Bill Blessington and I on guitars, which have a bit of Irish-folk tinge. Me singing lead and everyone else singing the responses. Probably the only time I though my voice sounded okay (everyone hates their recorded voice). It was a good time and we had tremendous fun with this one.
Enjoy!

Your voice sounds great. This sounds like a Led Zeppelin tune on main body, without "Bobby Planet", IMO.

Are you sure that wasn't Kyle Glass from Tenacious D playing that flying V?
Cool tune! It has a Triumph vibe to my ears.

You guys sound like you really enjoyed working this tune up. Zeppelin meets Thin Lizzy, meets Billy Squier. Very cool.

Bill used to get Homer Simpson a lot. Until he plays and people's jaws would drop. Think if Chet Atkins, Joe Perry and Paganni had a love child.

You kind of reminded me of the theme of the lyric: count on your abilities & it is okay to feel good about yourself.
