So this one came much later

The band had now changed from Pseudo Beach (pop punk) into Silk Röad (rock metal)

I think @Narsh got a kick out of this one

Band: Silk Röad
Title: Strangers in Paradise

The title was a typo by my producer. It was supposed to be stranger THAN paradise, a call back to Sleeze Beez.

Here's the real Stranger Than Paradise song for comparison. GD do I love this track. It's one of my top all time favorites. Especially that heavenly fade-in.

Not that it resembles the song aside from the name

But just to put a point on how HOLY GRAIL it is for me...

@RedLesPaul
@toomanycats

Look familiar?

I had to import this B* from Europe.

I miss the days when a dude could pose shirtless wearing a leather neck bolo and wrist wraps and nobody would automatically assume he was gay. Somehow there's a correlation between that and better music.

One Halloween I went as Sid Vicious

Leather jacket, lock on my neck, "gimme a fix" blood on my chest

Hottest girl at the party couldn't keep her hands off me, and I wasn't her type in the slightest

Id prefer to rock the long hair and flair though. Give it another decade or few, it'll come around again

Problem is, I probably won't be around in another decade or few. :(

Heh I feel ya

Dude...I was 29 at the peak of my life when I got injured (2015)

Couldn't walk for a year (thus began Kramer collection), second year was tough as shit, and to this day wearing pants or shoes is unbearable for more than an hour or two at a time.

Since 2015 I have lived like a monk. No friends. No dinners or drinks or parties. A few hot dates but no real meaningful girlfriends.

I'm finally getting my back muscles untwisted from around my hip. I can feel all ten fingers and toes. I can turn my head to the right. But in 6 years and 8 months I have yet to get more than 15 minutes of consecutive sleep.

By the time I come fully out of this, I'm almost 40. Lost an entire valuable decade of my life.

Anyway, we gotta appreciate what we got.
