Listened to quite a bit of Satriani today. So this is inspired a bit by Mr. Satch himself. I'm nowhere near the quality nor ability of Master Satriani but I still play concerts with him in my mind
Rhythym Guitars were done with my Fender Strat and the Tele supplied the leads.
Hope you all enjoy it:

Don’t count yourself short. I can listen to your playing, but not So much by Satch.

I meant to post this the other day, but that is a seriously wicked tone you've got with the Strat. Crunchy and raw, really stuck out in the mix. Then the Tele tone for the solo was icing on the cake, just sitting in that sweet "just breaking up" distortion area. Were those Kemper, Axe, or both?

This was a mix of stuff as usual. I quad tracked the strat with 2 axefx and 2 kemper tracks both using similar Mesa Mark V patches. The leads were a combination of my Axe's Vox patch and a Mesa lead patch.
