Couple of live P&W tracks from last week

I grabbed the soundboard recording of our set last weekend from the church group I play in (on bass) and here are a couple of tracks from Sunday.

We currently don't have a lead guitarist, so this is keys, acoustic guitar, bass, and drums. The two P&W leaders share vocals. I cleaned these up some very quickly in Reaper and Audacity, and here they are, warts and wrong notes and all.

One of the things I dig about this is the "realness". It sounds like a band, real through and through.
The P&W band at our church is amazing, but, they sound 1. way too loud (even for a metal head like me) 2. digital (everyone is using digital processors compressed to the hilt) 3. bass is too heavy & loud.
I dig the rawness more than the polished super delay heavy, borderline prog/electronica stuff.
Great work man!

True. So much polish at my church. I just have no interest. This was very nice. Good work @jhull54

Thanks guys. We're definitely a little more "garagey"--which is right up my alley and ability.

Yeah, we don't use much in the way of effects or processing. Everything straight in. I use a compressor pedal, but that's it. Only thing digital is the drumkit.
