There used to be a place on the site to post these acoustic efforts but I can't find it. Anyhoo... "You Never Even Call Me By My Name" by David Allan Coe.

I heard this song the other day and decided to take it to band practice last night. The guys played it alright but one of the them was poopy about it saying that it was "too country." Ok. I'll try it on my own.

I pushed Reaper's pitch correction to the limit on this one (and broke it, I think).

NIce and fun tune. KInd of a mashup vaguely reminiscent of 'A boy named Sue' and "Grandma got runover by a Reindeer'
