Sup y’all. Usually I do an original Christmas rock tune but this year I’ve been wrecked by long COVID and my brain doesn’t work well enough to write music. Luckily I had this in the archives so I could still bring you something for Christmas. Hope you like!

It's so funny, Neal Schon was in my dream last night. I was waiting curbside at an airport terminal, with a Roland JC-120 amp sitting with my luggage. I have never owned this amp, never desired one, and I have no idea why it was in my dream. Neal gets out of a vehicle next to me and my luggage. In my dream I was saying to myself, "Neal's going to recognize my guitar amp and want to engage in a conversation with me." But to my disappointment he completely ignores me. We get on the same shuttle bus, Neal sits in front, I sit in the back, and he's still not acknowledging me. Incidentally, I'm trying to get from L.A. to NY to play a gig at 6 PM that evening with a blues band of which I was formerly a member. I was anxious about the set list and trying to remember the songs they played. While meandering through a touristy city center that looked like Old Sacramento the bus pulls into a building, where it rides an elevator with a rickety old wooden platform to the second story. For some insane reason I depart the bus by climbing out the window and venture onto the precarious elevator platform. I remember inspecting the massive wood planks of the floor, marveling over their strength and age. It all seemed so real. The upstairs of the building was an antique store owned by a flagrantly homosexual British old man. I inquired about when we would leave and finally get to the plane so I could make it to my gig in NY. I'm informed that the bus had already left.
What does this all mean?
Am I gay? Is Neal gay? Have I "missed the bus" of fame? Should I return to the blues? Do I want a Roland JC-120?
Anyways, great job on the Journey song and Merry Christmas!

I'm not sure what it all means, but I venture that Neal might have been pissed that you didn't offer to loan him your credit card.toomanycats wrote: ↑Mon Dec 12, 2022 7:19 am It's so funny, Neal Schon was in my dream last night.
