Gearlist: A tele, a bass and a bunch of other stuff.

We've been practicing in an old bar that is being set to be remolded in August. Two weeks ago the owner allowed us to invite two other bands to join us for an afternoon of jamming.

All three of bands are hobby/garage band and everybody had a great time. I especially enjoyed playing bass for the last band because their bassist couldn't make it. They play loud classic rock stuff which is right up my alley.

A few notes about Extra Mustard:
- We're the closest of friends.
- I'm thankful to play to guitar once in awhile but we're a better band when I play bass.
- The four of us each have our favorite genres and we're very accommodating to one another. Some songs get pitched right away with no hard feelings.
- We respect each others inspirations and interpretations. I might not want a background vocal in a particular spot but, hey, that's their interpretation.

** Assistance Needed** Mixing bass in a recording has always been very hard for me. Too much or not enough. (both at various points in this video) I bought some new monitors but I've had to burn multiple efforts because the results sound nothing like what they did in Reaper when I was mixing. I bought some new monitors and that hasn't helped much.

Anyway, here's Extra Mustard's effort:

0:00 – Codeine
4:10 – Crazy Game of Poker
9:49 – Atlantic City
14:32 – Eastbound and Down
17:35 – Tunnel of Love
20:27 – The Weight
24:33 – When I was Young
27:42 – Hurricane
31:18 – Long Train Running

Here are the other two bands. I had a lunch of fun filling in for Manna Machine's bassist who couldn't make it. in with Manna Machine.
