Around 9PM last it appears it was down. Contacted IPOWER Support via Chat..."There are more than 10 callers ahead of you...". So I figured it wasn't just us and dropped the Chat. I was up early this morning and we were good to. Appears this was a "Go Figya" EXTENDED moment.
