Yamaha THR Series

So after a lifetime of playing mostly SS amps and many different modelers (Zoom, Valeton, BOSS, etc) with various SS amps I can honestly say the little Yamaha THRC is the best sounding SS amp I have ever used. Now there are some limitations as it's designed to be a 'nearfield' amp, ie meant to basically be sitting right up next to it as you play and fiddle with the knobs. So while it can get loud, it's not designed for anything more than a small room. In addition, the effects are somewhat limited via the control panel but can be further configurable via the software. But my question is this :
Why did Yamaha never create a combo version (50 watt SS with a 12" speaker preferably) with the same modeling engine ? I would buy one on the announcement for sure. I know they had a Head version 100W of the THR for awhile with limited effects and reaally failed as a platform. My guess is their acquisition of Line 6 put any plans for a further expansion of the THR line off the burner as to not cannibalize sales of the Line 6 offerings.
I have the Roland Jazz Chorus 22 downstairs now with the BOSS ME-90 and after a week of tweaking have a few basic patches that sound very good, and of course the stereo effects into the JC22 are fabulous. But when I go upstairs in the afternoons and plug into that litte THR10C, when I get done I am in a blissful state wondering how I can port the engine of the Yamaha into the Roland, stereo speakers both...if the speakers ever deteriorate on the THR10C (it's about 10 years old my estimate and it's hot here in Thailand) definitely going to look into that for sure.
