Sideways iPhone photos

Hi all,
The sideways photo issue from iPhone is an Apple 'issue' that has existed for years,
There is a 'fix', if you edit the photo in any way on the phone, crop, adjust brightness, anything, then it will be fine,

Thanks for the the info! But why can’t we just upload any photo on our phone to the forum? I am only on two forums, so I don’t have a lot of experience, but the other forum I’m on allows me to upload any size picture and they always show up exactly like they are on my iPhone. They look nicer on the forum as well.

Taken sideways with my iPhone and uploaded directly using the standard photo attachment procedure. Perhaps PEBKAC error?

LOL! I have know idea what a PEBKAC error is! I’ll probably just keep posting sideways pictures!

It's portrait iPhone photos that appear sideways - Gotta love Apple and loose standards.
