I'll look for a link to story but I watched national news and they had an article.
If it weren't for The Wall this would have little meaning to me. As it is I feel something somewhere.

WW2 'Forces' Sweetheart' in Blighty. "We'll Meet Again" was a massive wartime song for us (well, our grandparents, I suppose). She was sort of a Bob Hope type without the comedy - she'd often do appearances for the troops during the War and was kind of symbolic of the idea that all would be well.
