For the second time this year on Reverb, i had someone back out of a bid when I accepted their offer. Same excuse: I did not hear back from you in 15 minutes, so I bout someone else's. I did not report this to Reverb as I am pretty busy this week.

Anyone else ever run into this or do this?

Yes, had multiple people agree to buy only to back out and not pay...

I report them every time. Etsy doesn't care. Their seller experience is horrible since the takeover of Reverb

The online world has only brought to the fore (and maybe amplified) that sector of the population that is rude, classless, and inconsiderate, maybe (and I know I'll get flamed for this) even more so witth the younger generations who have little experience in real person to person dealings. The fact that many shoppers online have never met anyone in a real commerce situation outside of the grocery checker is a sad commentary.

Maybe there is some double GAS psychology going on.
I'm gonna guess that some percent of lab pigeons will act the same way.
