LOL, thanks! Everytime I look at what's available on the Rondo lefty page, I'm reminded. My financial schemes are taking a little longer to come to fruition than I anticipated but hopefully by late spring 2023...

LOL, has it been a year already? I'm still working out the financing, don't want to be accused of doing things half-assed. As my father used to say, "John might not get something done in the time he said he'd do it, but when he finally does, it's done right"

PS: In the meantime,
TJ´s New Agile Emporium is still on hold...
