Unfortunately the price of used cars has gone up just as much if not more than construction materials. I know a couple of home builders and I believe prices have come down slightly on lumber.

Having said that, the whole thing is a mess for a while

I just noticed on Kelly Blue Book the value of the Vette swings wildly depending on the amount of gas in the tank.
