I have that same URBAN Phoenix guitar and it's a great buy if you can find a used one priced cheap. I'd go so far as to call it a sleeper. It's light, very stylish, and has a comfortable 50s style fat LP neck. The tuners are fine, as is the fretwork. Like most budget guitars, the electronics are the weak link and the instrument really benefits from an upgrade to better pups and pots. If I came across a second one at the right price I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
