I have (and have had for many years) a Visa & Mastercard with Bank of America, and will go on record that they are the BEST I've ever dealt with for credit cards. I get the bill the same day for both. I mail them back on the same day (this month, on the 7th) and I pay each in full each month. [Aside: I stopped using money when I retired & switched to using just the Visa/Mastercard where ever possible. I likely have enough money in my wallet to buy lunch.] Well, this month the Visa payment arrived on the 9th but as of today the M/C bill had yet to arrive. Sunday penalties & interest would be added if the bill was unpaid. So I phoned BOA this morning & had them debit my checking account for the amount of the bill (about $500) No Problem. This afternoon I logged into my BOA account and the payment I mailed on the 7th arrived TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

So I called BOA back & they tell me nothing can be done before tomorrow (after today's transactions have been processed.) Then they can refund one of the payments!

At least they will refund you, I got a refund after paying my Chase credit card (I do the same thing, pay off in full each month)

I just had a negative balance on the card until I finally found a reason to use it...
