I pulled it off the wayback machine from 2013. It was still too large at 81kb but found an animated gif resizer website to drop it to 38kb.

It took some work to get it down to a size to upload though. Lost some quality.

Yep, that is the one I was thinking about..
Incidentally, a few of us got to talking about wondering who she was. I disremember her name but she was an English actress who got painted gold in the James Bond flick of Goldfinger.
She died a few years back.
