All I have to say is: Never use an acoustic in a bar fight. It won't go well for you or the guitar.

Nope, just opining that it looks like the guitar was used as a weapon. Since an acoustic is hollow and lacks mass, it is likely to only get a little smashed up like the listed guitar, whereas any solid body guitar can hold its own in a fight. My sarcastic mind went there because the seller listed it as a "mild dent".
