Anyone still having an account to the old site should request their ID and ALL THEIR POSTS BE DELETED via email to support@momoboard.com and request a READ RECEIPT and a CONFIRMATION when the DELETION is completed.
Is there any proof that they will delete your ID and CONTENT upon request? Do I have to use my original email from AGF to put in the request? Thank You.

Not sure but that's what the site says. And YES otherwise how are they going to know what to delete.

I'm just happy I was invited to join y'all over here. Momoboard, particularly its layout, is not for serious discussions, goofing around with ideas or sharing your latest botched axe redeux.

<edit>
I'm also not a big fan of hostile takeovers, either. Besides, you guys are more fun to be around.

1.- Use the full editor (as opposed to the quick post.)
2.- In the editor you will notice three tabs towards the bottom left.
3.- Select the "Attachments" tab.
4.- Click on the "Add Files" button.

Sent this today,

"I haven't frequented AGF in quite some time. But when I did, it was a strong, brilliant community. It seems that you have attempted to profit from this community with your purchase of AGF. I don't fault you that, I encourage and applaud capitalism and enterprise. But in your attempt, you made a rookie mistake. You tried to change too much, too quickly. People don't like change. Especially a community that old, and close. You managed to shatter the group, destroy the community, and lost your best content creators. You have effectively removed the value from this forum you purchased, and ultimately you will find you will either need to build an entire new community (rendering your purchase a waste), or struggle to create content and activity on your own, which will most likely fail.

I wish you luck, and bear no Ill will. May you learn from your mistakes, and ultimately have great success.

In the interim, please unsubscribe me from your emails, and of course, DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND ALL CONTENT.

Thank you.

Pete/ArrowHead"

It really bother me. Not that I was a very active member lately, but my inbox was stuffed full of pictures and conversations I had exchanged with a few good friends there who are no longer with us today. Those are memories I can no longer access, and never recreate.

I just got proof that although MOMO said they deleted my account and info a while back, they lied. Today they sent me a spam email. Some garbage about BTS Army. What a low-life outfit! I hit unsubscribe, but it probably just put me on 20 other lists.

Got the same thing. Clicked "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom and selected the "Reason" as "Other" and put in the text box "YOU SUCK!"

Then I blocked their email in Outlook to delete their sheet when it hits my email server so even if they DIDN'T delete my address I never have to see their crap again.

I called them out via email and got a response right back:

RE: You lied

Hi Steve,

Our apologies for this.

We’ve just learned that now and investigating.

I can confirm that your email, account info, contents (posts/chat history) have been completely deleted from our internal database but it looks like Mailchimp API (email marketing service) is either not synchronizing or taking time to be deleted.

We’ll send a request ticket to MailChimp and make sure it’s deleted on their end as well.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards
MOMO BOARD Team

FYI, as far as I can tell, there have been a total of seven new posts to the old AGF since the debacle the last week of May and five of them are by that Dan F character...

If the momo interface had been even REMOTELY usable I suspect most of us would have adapted and remained .com members. It was not, and we aren't.
