Seems reasonable for only $10,000,000, as long as it comes with the cat, that pointy BC Rich looking guitar, and the amp on the roof . . . though they can keep the one-legged lady in the wheel chair.

In the same realm as the jacuzzi I just cut into pieces to get out of the house and plan to advertise next 4/1 as a jacuzzi kit, some assembly required.
