Since there was not overwhelming objection expressed in the AGF Weirdness topic regarding firearms, I decided to post again for anyone interested.
I have been on a firearms acquisition spree lately. This hobby is just as addicting to me as guitar/gear for sure!
My first purchase was an H&K VP9 9mm with a laser/flashlight combo. We got this to keep at home in the (secured) nightstand. My next purchase was a Springfield Armory Saint Victor chambered in 5.56/.223. This rifle rocks! Planned upgrades are a good sling, 1x prism scope and flashlight. Just after Christmas I picked up a Taurus G3C 9mm. Since the laser sight on the H&K prevented it fitting in a concealable holster, I justified this purchase as I wanted a carry firearm as well, so, there you go! Lastly, since I only had a slug shotgun for deer hunting, I rationalized a shotgun purchase so that I had a gun I could shoot buckshot out of. Hence the Weatherby Tactical SA-459 12 guage shotty. I thought I was done for a while but I have recently gotten the itch to pick up a Sig P365 as it's a bit smaller than the Taurus.
