It's been a long time since I ordered from Prymaxe, they're really slow to ship aren't they

I bought a few pedals years ago from Prymaxe and I vaguely recall them eventually shipping but it took a week or more before they sent out the pedals.
I decided to buy something rather pricey this weekend and now I'm wondering if I'm in for more of the same. Fortunately, I used PayPal so getting my money back if they don't deliver within two weeks is probably not too challenging.
I guess it's worth it when you get good deals... but I'm starting to remember why I don't buy from them regularly. I also had a pricey boutique guitar they canceled on me once (maybe it was too good of a deal or not enough stock?)

They are a scam distributor. They sell stuff they don’t have in stock, and while you wait for them to get it, your return period (according to them) is getting chewed up. Don’t expect PayPall to be overly helpful either, they have a well documented history of not readily helping Prymaxe victims.
I would suggest canceling the order ASAP if they will let you. If not start the dispute process.

If you look, you will see they tend to have a lot of things that are sold out on their sites...except they really don’t have them.

There was a place in NYC that did the same thing. Great prices but they didn't stock anything, they would call and try to sell you a different model meanwhile your credit card was charged.

I ordered a Gretsch from Prymaxe maybe a year or so ago. It wasn't in stock either, they didn't tell me until after I placed the order. They couldn't give me a firm date, or even a decent guess, when they would actually have it. They didn't give me any hassle about cancelling the order though. I had my money credited the day or the day after I called customer service. Do you know if yours is actually in stock and hasn't shipped yet, or isn't in stock?
